Book Description

January 2011
DISCOVER HOW TO MOVE FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING! WHISPERS OF HOPE is the inspirational story of how the author overcame generational patterns of abuse, addiction, suicide, and cancer. The turning point in her life happened when, despite her intent to not repeat the past, she caught herself screaming at her three-year-old daughter. Something made her stop long enough to look into her daughter's eyes. What she saw there was fear. At that moment Denise made a conscious choice to do something different. She told herself, "The abuse stops here." That decision set an incredible healing journey into motion. If you're ready to set down the baggage from your past and experience more peace, joy, and love in your life, then this book and its transformational tools are for you. You are not broken and you are not alone. There is hope in all situations. It's whispering all the time. Are you ready to hear its messages?

5.0 out of 5 stars The power of Love can move mountains March 3 2011
Format:Paperback
What can be more powerful than what we learn from our own life experiences. The question is - do we learn or just experience? Denise does both in this profoundly honest exposition of her life - but more than that she takes it one step further as she empowers all of us with tools, for our own journey of transformation.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Beautiful Book That I Found Hard to Put Down May 27 2011
Format:Paperback
This book is beautiful to read. I found I didn't put the book down once I started to read it...I wanted to find out how she made it through the rough waters of her life. Step by step, she works through what life gave her, sharing it all in such a straight ahead and caring way. Even though I havent actually met Denise, I feel like I know her and like her very much. What a good feeling to be left with from reading a book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Whispers of Hope - Nothing is Unforgiveable! Feb. 28 2011
By Miriam Evers - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
In "Whispers of Hope," Denise shares how she used her traumatic childhood experiences as the stepping stones to a profound peace. Through a process of understanding generational family patterns, finding compassion for herself and others, and practicing radical forgiveness, she came to remember the innocent, loving being that is at the core of who we all really are. Instead of seeing cancer as a death sentence, she embraced cancer as a wake-up call for greater aliveness. Denise sees the Divine within herself and others and reminds us that there is hope in every situation. Nothing is unforgiveable. I loved this book. ~ Miriam Evers, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and author of upcoming book "Feel Great Naked."
