It's been a long time since I read such an honest account of a woman who has experienced so much adversity in her life. If you have experienced abuse, cancer, addiction, divorce, suicide of a close family member or any adversity in your family that has left you with the "poor me" attitude, read this book and learn how to transcend it all! Not only does Denise inspire you with her personal story of her journey, she gives transformational tools you can use yourself to start the healing journey. She is a beautiful writer and has found her purpose in life, helping others with her story.
