5.0 out of 5 stars this can change your life Aug. 13 2008
The information in this book is astounding. I could hardly believe how the brain processes what we receive through our five senses. How we focus and give attention to the world around us governs how effective our brain will be. Play every day. There are thirteen simple steps outlined for a healthy brain and ultimately a healthier body. I have seen Dr Leaf's dvd and believe without a doubt that you will be passing this information around to everyone around you. I am. You won't regret buying this one. I'd bet - one of your best purchases ever.

4.0 out of 5 stars Who Switched Off My Brain? ... May 3 2014

This book gave a lot of positive reinforcement to help me curb the negative influences in my life. This book gave me a whole new outlook on my life. I realized that I had been surrounded by toxic thinking people in my life. Now I can just tune these influences out. This book reminds me of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy I took a few years ago at the local bi-polar support group center. I can now be in control of what makes me tick.
