I understood this book to be new, which it appears to be, only it didn't come packaged with the new "myeducationlab" access, which was the sole purpose for having to buy the NEW book, rather than used. Now I'm having to go to the publisher and buy the access to the education lab for an extra $30+. Had I known that, I could have spent less on a used book and not waited for this one to be shipped. What-a-rip-off.

The book was in good condition and it arrived two days after I ordered it. The only issue was that they failed to mention that the book was in black in white(the pictures). I would have wanted to pay less if I knew this prior to purchasing this book or I would have purchased it from someone else for the price I paid. I was going to give five stars but I thought the description of the book should have been more accurate and mentioned the pictures were in black and white.
