I bought the Wii Classic Controller Pro specifically for use with Virtual Console games because it's d-pad is more ergonomic than that found on my old Gamecube controller. As a result, games like Sin and Punishment are much more enjoyable to play. (It also works very well with No More Heroes 2.) It's lighter than most controllers because it doesn't feature a rumble component, but the construction is solid, and everything works great, unlike some cheaper third party controllers I've tried. The only drawback to the Classic Controller Pro is that it's not completely wireless - you have to plug it into the Wii remote for it to work. This set up is a little odd, but I guess it helps keep the unit's price affordable. Not everyone will need this controller to enjoy gaming on their Wii, but those gamers who are into what the Virtual Console has to offer might want to check it out.
