What else would you expect from the BBC when it comes to documentaries of this kind. Wild China is just a gorgeous documentary about the fauna, flora and people of China. The images are stunning and the narration is impeccable, I wished their were more.

This is a phenomenal DVD set. The photography is top notch (as are most BBC productions). The subjects are fascinating and the whole series makes you feel like you are following the cameraman around China. You get intimate looks at the details of life in China. Makes me want to hop on a plane and head to China right now. Also touched upon are the conflicts between human population and nature. Highly recommended.

Interest in things Chinese has coalesced around my plans to tour China in Spring 2012. This video, Wild China, was so fascinating that my wife and I added an extra couple of weeks to our tour itinerary. The video is STUNNING; all our friends agree, including those who will not be touring with us.

I watched these DVDs through and most thoroughly enjoyed them. What a fabulous country and what a wonderful legacy for the Chinese people!
