I bought two of these pans thinking that they would be high quality; I was sadly mistaken. Shortly after placing in the oven they warped out of shape and never went back to being flat even after they cooled! They may be non-stick for cookies but don't try using them to hold individual baking dishes. When they pop out of shape, you'll have a real mess on your hands.

This is a very high quality cookie pan that performs well in the oven. The non-stick coating is great and has never given us any trouble, even when we burned our cookies on it (our fault, not the pan).Like all non-stick products we own, we hand wash these shortly after using to protect the surface.
Highly recommended!
