To assemble cupcake wrappers, gently curve the wrapper into a tapered cylinder shape and attach the ends so the tab inserts into the slot. Place the cupcake into the centre of the wrapper.

We bought these for our son's fourth birthday. They were really cute. I'm not sure if the kids got that much of a kick out of them. I also found the exact same product - in a princess style (from Wilton) at Party City for $2.99. So shop around, you should be able to get a better price.
