Not being very informed about Winchesters, but wanting to know more about the various models of the Winchester 94, I took a chance after considering other books and bought this one. It did not disappoint! This book IS the definitive book on the 94. Close up pictures and some exploded factory drawings reveal the differences in models over the years, and deal with oddities becuase of factory parts supply problems.If you intend to buy a Winchester 94 and want to know exactly what you are looking at, you need this book! Otherwise,it is buyer beware and I wish you good luck---- you will need it. lol

A very useful book for the Mod 94 collector. Well illustrated. Lots of information.If you collect or are interested in the Model 94 Winchester or it's derivates , the Model 55 and 64, you will not regret buying this book.

I have read a number of books on Winchester Firearms. I especially liked this one. Anyone who reads this book will learn something new.Things I picked up. Until now Winchester never produced a factory 410 guage lever action shotgun. Half Octagon/ Half Round Carbines are very rare. Take a look
