4.0 out of 5 starsTo the people who "didn't realize this was a play":, April 11 2010

It says "Dramatists Play Service" on the cover. The cover is a bland cover of the type typically used for scripts, not a fancy, well-designed book jacket. Should've been obvious, is all I'm saying.
For those of us who DO like plays, this one is excellent. A cute comedy about a Hollywood actor nominated for his first Oscar, who dies the night before the Academy Awards and convinces his guide in the afterlife to let him go back to see if he won. Lighthearted, but with some very touching moments. Get the right actors in there, and there's some wonderful opportunities for physical comedy and funny rapid-fire exchanges of dialogue.

I thought this would be a book; it is a play. The product was in excellent condition; however, the play is not one of my favorites.

This wasn't what I expected. It is a play, not a novel. I'll offer it for resale.
