I have a Canon t2i and it did take a little playing around with the settings to get this to work. Once it's setup it works well and I got it to work from about 25 feet which was nice. Did a few family portraits during a nature hike. The remote is small and can be hidden in your hand nicely for you own self portraits. For the Price its good to have.

Great little device point and push the button and ta-da. Simple to put the battery in which I was nervous about since it's such a small gadget.
