WHAT A GREAT CD!

This is the best Wizard of Oz CD that I have ever heard. It is true stereo sound and has wonderful dialogue along with all of the songs in the movie. It was amazing when I was listening to it through my headphones. I had a really great time listening to it. I am the biggest Wizard of Oz fan of all time and if you like the movie than you will love this CD. I encourgage everyone to purchase this CD. It was a wonderful pop-up picture of all four main characters in front of Emerald City. It defies all other Wizard of Oz soundtracks!

Unlike the other soundtracks, this is far more enjoyable in that it not only provides songs from the movie but numerous dialogs.

This amazing soundtrack accomplishes something I don't think I've seen on any other soundtrack album; that is, mixing the entire musical soundtrack with the dialog of the film. In all the years I have enjoyed watched The Wizard of Oz, I never before owned a soundtrack recording. This was a great addition to my collection, in that I can enjoy the music and the dialog in my cd player. I believe this CD is essential for all fans of the film.

Family fun with heavy editing
I loved this album except for the editing of some of the most pivotal scenes in the film (i.e. Prof. Marvel doesn't even make an appearance until the final track). Read more
