I have had headaches my whole adult life. Been on the preventative meds which they accurately go over in the book, went off meds because of side-affects and headaches were good for a few months. Then I started menopause. I am barely over one headache and am starting on the next. I am taking each of the suggestions to heart and have had a great improvement. I am now able to catch my headaches sooner and have the tools to treat them. I was ready to cancel my life until menopause is over, but I now have my life back. A definite must have if you have migraines!
