Another great exercise DVD from instructor Amy Dixon.
This work-out features a half-hour cardio section (incorporating moves from ice-skating, tennis, swimming, and kickboxing), an intense but effective strength section (using 5 lb. weights) with standing and mat work, and one of the best core / abs work-outs I've encountered. The cardio alone is good for days that I don't have a lot of time; and doing them all together is even better.
Highly recommended, although perhaps too intense for beginners.
