I absolutely love this video, it has definitely helped me get into better shape for my upcoming wedding. This video is designed into two different customized options - strapless dress workout (which is what I'm using to help tone my arms and back) and the hip-hugging dress (focus' mostly on lower body). There is even the option of customizing your own workout, this is perfect for when you want to do just a little bit more. The customized workouts are different everyday for six days, you definitely won't get bored doing the same workout everyday. I started four months ago and have already lost ten pounds and have serious definition. Not only am I going to look great for my wedding but I'm fit just in time for the summer suit as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be more toned for their big day!

I didn't know what to expect. At first, I thought the workouts were short, as I am used to working out an hour a day--but I go by the recommended workouts and I really enjoy them. I feel stronger and feel as though they really utilize the time you spend working on them. I almost always end a workout soaked, and I can do more push ups than I could before. I have yet to see any results (weight wise), but that may be due to my diet. Frankly, it's hard to stick to a low calorie menu when you're cooking for your loved one who loathes the smell of salads or any vegetables, and insists you eat what he does. It's just plain unhealthy but hard to win arguments with him. Regardless, I should find some other way to make the diet work--but as far as the workouts go, I think they are great.FYI: The first two weeks my knees hurt a lot, but I took a two day break to do two different workouts and then went back to this DVD and it feels like my body successfully adjusted to the stress. If you feel any pain in your joints I suggest doing the same--taking a break, even stick to stretching and other strength exercises before going back (or even using a lighter weight). I would like to see more stretching exercises included, as after I'm finished a workout, I'm usually too tired to put anything else in and I'd rather hit the shower than wait a while in my sweat for my body to recover so I can incorporate another routine. If you have more energy, I suggest adding a ten minute stretch routine after to help improve your flexibility and the level of blood flow to your muscles and joints.

I found this video to be very efficient and effective. I was able to fit the ten minute segments in throughtout the day, or, if I had more time do multiple segments in a single workout. Even the ten minutes had me sweating and my muscles fatigued. Great for the busy beginner!
