Worlds Away and Back is an odd beast, neither fish nor fowl. It's not exactly a true "Greatest Hits" or "Best Of" package; there are too many singles missing for that. The band's debut is underrepresented, for instance, missing the singles "Love Games" and "Kiss in the Dark." On the plus side, this is the only place you'll find cuts from the band's third album. (I'm particularly fond of "Till the Stars Fall" myself.) There's also a lot of interesting new stuff, too -- demos, unreleased versions, and entirely new recordings. What's here is good, but it feels incomplete on its own. Over 60 Minutes with Strange Advance might be a good companion purchase to this CD.
