I think this was the last movie Seagal made that was decent.

THE GOOD:
The story was fine. Seagal still kicks butt. Co-stars Isaia Washington, Anthony Anderson, Michael Jai White,
Bill Duke and Jill Hennessy were great.

THE BAD:
DMX's acting ability just sucks (probably worse in "Cradle 2 The Grave").
Seagal doing wire-work is just wrong and he looks bad doing it.

Why he allowed himself to gain weight is beyond me. In each movie after this one
he got a little chunkier each time and it makes his fight scenes look bad.

Even though still chunky, "Machete" was the only movie in the past 10 years that
Steven Seagal looked good in.

ADVICE FOR SEAGAL:
Lose the weight, get back in shape and give us an akido action packed
"Above The Law 2". Before it's too late and your too old!!!
