From Library Journal
Generally associated with holiday celebrations and home entertaining, wreaths can also be a creative outlet for the home decorator. Basic enough to get the beginner well on the way to making wreaths, this book also serves as a source of design ideas for those already experienced in this craft. Cusick ( Potpourri Crafts , Sterling, 1992) takes the reader step by step through the wreath-making process, from choosing the base and the materials and the methods of attaching them to adding decorative touches and displaying the final product to best advantage. Built around almost full-page color photographs of a gallery of wreaths, the text includes guidelines for wreath design as well as information on tools and gadgets that make the wreath-making process easier. It is refreshing to discover a book that provides so much visual and textual information in such a small package for so little money; recommended for public libraries.
