I received it on time; however, the Student Access Code (pin code) was missing, which supposedly comes with every new book.
So, I sent request Pin code number by e-mail since I need it for my course.
I got one reply saying that he or she is trying to solve the issue, but I STILL haven't got my pin code, which I need for my course.
it has been a week without getting my pin code number.
I stent $12.98 for delivery because I need the text book & pin code as soon as possible.
Now, I'm behind then my classmates. I might have to buy pin code at our school book store again.
I trusted Amazon site, so I ordered through it.
I really disappointed this outcome.
I don't think I will go back to Amazon again.

The ad said, bought this text book and never took the class.
This book looked like a new book, but where is Student Access Code Card that provides with this text book?
Would you sent me pin code number by e-mail as soon as possible please.
If this book does not include Student Access Code Card, it is NOT a new book, isn't it?
I trusted Amazon, so I ordered through it.
I already paid $67, I don't want to pay extra for Pin code, which supposedly comes with every new text book.
