Nothing enhances a great storyline like beautiful artwork to complete it. I bought this as part of a collection of Fuge books (the illustrator) we own, but found that the storyline helped our boys get along better. The main characters have an argumentative day but by the end they patch things up in a charming way.

Do you want to help your child be a good friend? Is your child having a problem getting along with others? Here's the PERFECT picture book to read! I use this book in many of my school visits to kindergartens and Pre-K's...and the children LOVE it. They understand how badly the three animal friends feels when they make fun of each other and are able to relate what is happening to the main characters to their own experiences. And they loudly call out, "YES WE CAN!" when I ask them if they will be kind to their friends.
The simple text and bold illustrations work beautifully together...this book is a winner...children will ask for it to be read to them over and over again.

Ordering a used book I was figuring it would be in awful shape, as I know how my son treats his books. What a great price for a LIKE NEW book!! The outside cover had little scratches but that was it!
