I love this dvd even more then my 2 kids since it's a great alternative to watching dvds often and this teaches the important to doing exercise, yoga....

My four-year-old daughter LOVES this DVD! It teaches basic yoga poses in a fun way and relates them to the real world. Also teaches some basic breathing techniques. Great alternative to watching TV programs. (we have all three DVDs by Marsha Wenig and we alternate through them...lots of fun!)

The video is cute and the yoga poses are good and easy for kids to learn. The video has fairly long stretches in between each pose though. I have found that it doesn't really hold my daughter's attention during these stretches of video.
