Yoga for Pregnancy,
This review is from: Yoga for Pregnancy: Ninety-Two Safe, Gentle Stretches Appropriate for Pregnant Women & New Mothers (Plastic Comb)
As a prenatal yoga instructor I found this book very helpful in getting ideas for my classes. I love the fact that there is the symbols in the corner to show which positions are good for what trimester. This makes it easy for anyone to regulate which positions should be done. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is just starting out in yoga or who wants to stay fit and flexible throughout their pregnancy.

Easy to Follow,
This review is from: Yoga for Pregnancy: Ninety-Two Safe, Gentle Stretches Appropriate for Pregnant Women & New Mothers (Plastic Comb)
I know a lot of my friends or people I talk to about yoga have some fear about it being really hard. I've been doing it for about three years now and love it. It's not hard, you go at your own pace and you don't just sit there and meditate. It is mainly stretching and teaching you the proper way to breath. Yoga is great for everyone. I received this book from my yoga instructor to look over and I immediately got on Amazon and purchased it. It is very simple to follow and shows a large picture on each page so you can easily follow while doing poses. Each page contains a symbol indicating the number of trimesters suitable for each pose. At the end it gives you an example of a routine for each trimester. When you don't have a lot of time to watch a video or go to a class, this is a great book to use to fit your stretches into your day.

This book was helpful in letting me know which poses were still ok for me to do. It gave me options when my instructor was doing things that I could not do. What is with the updated front cover but the 80's photos on the inside?
