I purchased this DVD to add to my yoga collection since I am recovering from an ITB injury and yoga has been doing good things for me so far. The poses all look great and Felstead has clearly taken care to prioritize the poses runners need. Unfortunately, with a running time of 1 hr 20 min, I doubt I will be using this very often and I regret the purchase. Many of the other yoga DVDs I already own use similar routines and poses and manage to fit them into an hour routine, or manage a more customizable format. I wish this DVD were arranged so that you could customize which segments you view, rather than having to skip around manually. Overall I was disappointed.
