Mr. "Blumm" has been part of the Sack and Blumm electronic music team, very Tomlab, very German. Here in a solo outing, the Berliner's music is friendly and analog-like in its simple repetitiveness and low profile. Owing a debt to all the ambient, arm-chair music that lingers in the air waiting to be noticed or not, depending on your need. Sure, it's music for quiet films never made. But it has gentle, almost jazzy minutes. This film is on a rainy Sunday afternoon. This film is worth living in. Recommended if you like both Music for Airports and Stephane Grapelli.
