This review is from: Escaping the Middle Class (Canadian Edition): Secrets to Escaping the Hidden Job-Mortgage-Tax Trap (Paperback)
Escaping the Middle Class by Doug Anderson was a quick, but not always easy read. Some of his detailed descriptions of his leveraging/investing were beyond me. However, I was able to follow 95% of his plan for financial freedom, and it made good sense. The specific and mostly straightforward explanations of how to get from being caught in the middle class rat race to being financially free were inspiring. I feel I have enough information to move forward on many of his suggestions. These would include investing like a millionaire and making the equity in the family home work harder. Mr. Anderson has a solid grasp of the topic he is presenting here, he writes in a clear step by step fashion and gives the reader very powerful knowledge to make significant changes in one financial situation. A very useful book on financial education.
