Well then, seeing as the other review on this product is so negative, I figured I'd put my 2 cents worth in. First of all, this item is UNDER 6 dollars, so yeah, you get what you pay for. It's for voice and party chat only, no game sounds through this one other than the sounds of your friends game going through the mic, which brings me to my next point. The mic on this is SENSITIVE. it picks EVERYTHING up. You definitely don't have to speak loudly to be heard. Theres a decent volume control as well as an on/off switch- and they both function as they should. As far as audio quality, well, as I said, its voice only, but even so its not bad sounding. I'll adress the lack of any manufacturer label ...IT'S UNDER 6 BUCKS. What do you expect? State of the art technology? All in all I was looking for something that would cost me as little as possible and be able to get me in party chat n such, and I wasn't disappointed. What can I say? It's cheap, and for what it is, it works well.

I will not buy these again. Bought 2 pairs for my kids and within a couple months they stopped working. One was the mike, the other set, an ear piece stopped working. There was no visual damage to any of the wiring just stopped working. Spend the extra for Turtle Beach is my recommendation.

I HAD GOTTEN THE HEADSET ONLINE GOT IT ANDIT DIDNT WORK AFTER HEARING I HAD GOTTEN A DEFECTIVE HEADSET THEY RETURNED MY MONEY VERY PLEASED.
