The title says it all! I will only buy my ink from these guys as long as they are in business. The ink cartridges are for my Canon MP-610 printer. I buy two sets of cartridges at a time, and (delivery included) it costs me 1/3 as much as one set at a big box office supply store. That's right: I could get 6 sets of cartridges for the price of 1 set of name brand cartridges at Staples/Office Depot/Best Buy/Future Shop/etc.

The cartridges work just fine. The ink is perfectly suited to my purposes, which is to say that I can't tell the difference between this ink and Canon ink. I have printed documents and photos, and it's just fine.

The reason I even explored this option is that a new printer (with ink!) was cheaper than a set of new Canon ink cartridges. (aside: I don't get why printer companies are allowed to get away with that. I know that their plan is to make money off ink, but it's criminal how they are trying to manipulate the market/consumer and deliberately contributing to the premature disposal of perfectly good printers.)

In any case, the cartridges have a chip, and are recognized by the printer, so it's a good deal for a good product, from a no-nonsense company.

To be able replace all 5 ink cartridges at such a low price is amazing. I have already printed 30 or 40 photos using the new cartridges and I was quite impressed. I will definitely order this again when I need ink!

In a previous mailing, I received an order with five cartridges, 2 were photo black and the magenta was missing. I complained to the company (believe it was E Forcity?) several times and heard nothing. Can you help me? Even if it wasn't that company, it was through Amazon.ca.

Didn't notice a difference switching from the Canon official ink. Recognized fine by my MP830. I have heard some stories about these aftermarket inks destroying the printer but Ive been using it for over a month and it seems to be fine, I will update this review if that changes however.

Update: So I forgot to update this when it happened, but my printer actually did stop working about a year after using this ink (it said that the print head was damaged and wouldn't print). Now something important to note is that I bought other 3rd party ink and used it after this ink, so it was not necessarily this ink. Something else important to point out is that my MP830 was nearly 5 years old and may have failed for other reasons, but it was an interesting coincidence. Because I don't know the real reason, whether it was this ink, the other ink, or just a coincidence, I am keeping my 5 star review. Hasn't stopped me from buying 3rd party ink for my new MX720 since ink is so damn expensive (and that one is still working fine after a year) but it has made me more cautious. Just updated this to make people aware that their may be a risk purchasing 3rd party ink.
