5.0 out of 5 stars I love Hunter Niall!, Jun 18 2004
By Desiree (Illinois) - See all my reviews
This is by far one of the best in the whole Sweep Series. Since the story's told from Hunter's perspective you get to read how much he loves Morgan and how much her relationship with Cal hurt and still hurts him. His search for his parents helps him to discover that maybe his work for the council as a Seeker isn't what he's destined to do.

I love Hunter Niall so much and if he was real, I'd do whatever I could to make him mine. You can't help but love Hunter, I know I can't.

5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended to Parents who cant get their daughters to read, Jun 15 2004
By El Brujo "Brujo Hechisero" (Lowell, Ma) - See all my reviews
(TOP 500 REVIEWER)
I purchased the Sweep series for my 13 year old daughter in the hopes that maybe she would read. "She hated to read." Well I was amazed, and could not get her to go to sleep, as she would spend the whole night, with a night-light on reading these books. She enjoyed them so much, and could not stop talking first about Cal and then Hunter, that I had to see what all the fuss was about.
Well after two weeks, a book a day, for a girl who hated to read, it sparked my curiosity, so I started reading, and was surprised to find out how enjoyable a Teen book about Teen Witches could be. I am not really into Wicca, but these books are really enjoyable. I am on my fifth book, and my daughter read each twice, and is know on the Circle of Three Series. I have to highly recommend these books to those parents who can not get their daughters to read. These are excellent stories, full of fantasy, horror, and fun.

5.0 out of 5 stars Three Words Why This Book Rocks: Hunter's View Point, Jan 9 2004
By "_book_addict_" (California) - See all my reviews
I LOVE Hunter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If he was a real person Lord knows what I'd do lol. Hunter has finally located his father, and when Morgan realizes he'll be gone for weeks, she makes a big step in her life. . . Except Hunter pauses, much to his own regret, and the plan isn't all followed through.
Hunter is disappointed when he finds his father, weak and unhealthy, but when he finds out tragic news he is tempted to return home. The Council takes advantage of the cool Seeker's positioning to send him on a mission to investigate a young witch who has been collecting the true names of things and people. It is this witch who will cause him to betray Morgan . . . I really would like to tell you, but I wouldn't want to spoil it, would I. Let's just say I literally threw the book at the wall once I found out what he did, then picked it up and tried to continue several times but again threw it and nearly ripped the book apart in utter frustration. The library, I believe, was not happy. READ THIS BOOK. HUNTER ROCKS. His thoughts are much less infuriatingly collected and calm. Come on, you know you want to. This was my favorite book in the series, besides the one about Morgan's daughter.
