About the Author

L. A. MEYER is the author of the Bloody Jack Adventures series, which has been praised for its spirited heroine and rousing sense of adventure. He was an art teacher, an illustrator, a designer, and a naval officer before he began wo write about the impetuous Jacky Faber. Mr. Meyer lives in Corea, Maine.
