4.0 out of 5 stars Solid writing, April 4 2004

Wow...a book that doesn't have love and gratuitious sex scene.
Seriously, this book is well crafted although none of the characters are fleshed out and make you care about them. It got a little confusing at times but did leave the reader guessing who the murderer was until it was finally revealed.
I would recommend her and will definitely read more of her novels.

3.0 out of 5 stars Could Have Been Better, Feb 5 2003
By daughterofcokie "book maven" (Chula Vista, CA United States) - See all my reviews
I liked this book, but not as much as I expected I would.

Pros: The characters were all interesting and complex. It was an original idea for a book. There were plenty of twists and turns.

Cons: A slow start and a weak ending. The murder's identity turned out to be a surprise, but I thought that he/she was a poor choice to be the killer.
