?Again Mr. Nathan has given us a charming modern fairy tale. Perhaps some will call it a satiric fantasy, but to this reviewer it is compounded of delicate fancy playing around three characters who never were on land or sea, or star dust realism which makes us delight in something we know is not so, but principally, of urbane and musical prose which soothes the ear, even while it is tickling the fancy.?-Boston Transcript
