We're all women, right? Okay, so why is it that when we need to lose weight we consult Dr. Phil, Bob Greene or Bill Phillips? To my knowledge they have never been women. With this said, I believe that this book is your final answer. Women are different than men. If you wouldn't use your husband's colonge then why use his weight loss plan? The reality is, men just don't have a clue... so trust THIS program! It will not only help you lose weight, but after using it you will never have to say "I need to lose weight" again. This book clearly defines why we as women gain weight and what we can do to change it FOREVER! This is the last weight loss book you will ever need to buy, I promise. Buy it, Read it, Live it. It will be the best decision you ever made.

I loved this book. I am so tired of hearing about those low carb diets that sound too good to be true. Debra has set reasonable goals for eating and exercise. Half way through the book you realize that you are starting to make better food choices, and you don't feel like you are giving up anything. I would reccomend this book to any woman that wants to lose weight, keep it off, and feel great!

I have devoted the past several months to reading many of the diet/exercise books out there including Dr. Phil, Bob Greene, Ellington Darden, Philip Goglia and Bill Phillips. Each one contains valuable gems of advice. But no one book put it all together for me like "OTFFC" did. In this book, you will learn exactly why sporadic dieting is the worst thing we women can do to our bodies. Then, the author teaches the reader exactly what must be done to lose fat and keep it off. She is 100% on target. I have lost considerable weight following many of the guidelines outlined in this book. The only point where I disagree with the author is in waiting to eat when you are hungry. I agree more with Phil Goglia & Bill Phillips, that you should eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks spaced at set routine intervals each day. This keeps your blood sugar level. Also, when you eat every 2-3 hours, you don't get hungry so it's easier to avoid overeating. Good Luck! BTW, I recommend books by the other authors, too.
