Dave takes the nebulous concept of persuasion and breaks it down so that the butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker and YOU can understand and apply everything easily.
Dave's writing style is very conversational and engaging. I found myself several chapters into it before I came up for air!
There are few books on my bookshelf that are full of highlights and that I will refer to again for help.
This is one of them.

Dave Lakhani really knows how to present his research in this book. From the first page, there is a sense of urgency to finish it. It took me 2 days because of things like work and family getting in the way. I'm re-reading and highlighting all the relevant parts for future reference. Dave explains in a step-by-step way how to persuade others to see the light. His 'Persuasion Equation' is like money in the bank for the dedicated sales person. Everything from developing your persona to a blueprint for becoming a persuasion expert within 30 days. I really liked and enjoyed this book.
