5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Read, Jun 16 2006
By L. Ha (BC, Canada) - See all my reviews
Dan Brown has inspired me to read and actually find it enjoyable. I was never a vivid reader and despised reading most books I picked up "Deception Point," another novel by Dan Brown. I read it and was hooked. For each of Dan Brown's 4 books, I have never been so into a book in my life, I read for hours on end hoping to finish the novel to read the ending. Admittedly, I believe that The Da Vinci Code was over-hyped. Of the 4 books of his that I have read, The Da Vinci code was the worst. Digital Fortress, however, was not disappointing.

4.0 out of 5 stars Thrilling read, July 6 2007
By Toni Osborne "The Way I See It" (Montreal, Canada) - See all my reviews
(TOP 100 REVIEWER)
This book is thrilling, exciting and amazing it is so fast-paced I couldnt turn the pages fast enough; it held my attention till the end. But of course the story is extremely far fetched one would be naive to believe any of it to be facts.

2.0 out of 5 stars RENRUT EGAP Need I say more?, Feb 9 2006
By A Customer
Here is a clue to this Dan Brown book. A secret code to remember if you plan to pick it up and read it. This is it: PAGE TURNER. RENRUT EGAP.
Need I say more? Da Vinci Code fans have probably already figured it out, because it's symbolism and Da Vinci Code fans know their symbolism. Even Giorgio Kostantinos's fans( his masterpiece is - The Quest - he's also Dan Brown's protege' ) Me and the fans will explain this to the rest of you. See, the first half of the book is a PAGE TURNER. You just can't wait to turn the page and find out what's going to happen next. Before you know it you're half way through the book, and then something amazing happens. With just as much energy as flowed through you in turning the first pages forward, you're going to want to use that energy to keep the rest of the pages closed. Because as the story progresses it gets increasingly stupider. If you feel compelled to read the rest of the book you'll hate yourself for it. With each new page, it'll be your stomach that's turning. Your head will hurt. You'll find yourself hiding the book from your friends so they won't know the kind of lame stuff you read. How could characters that are supposed to be so brainy be so clueless? If you like the first half of this book, you're going to hate the second half.

2.0 out of 5 stars For Dan Brown, 3 very good books, and this one stinker!
Unfortunately, much of the computer matters, descriptions and premises come across as particularly inane to anyone who has a modicum of knowledge and background in the area. Read more
