Product Description

Ingram

Meeting a group of aliens the evening after strange lights appeared in the sky, Adam and his friends are forced to accompany the strange beings for a ""ride,"" and soon discover that they have been abducted. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

From the Publisher

Things are getting pretty spooky in Spooksville. As Adam and his friends stay up late on night, they see bright lights in the sky. Lights that look suspiciously like flying saucers. Then, the next night, one of the saucers lands by the reservoir, and the creatures who come out of the ship don't look like people at all. Their heads are too large, and their eyes are so big and black. Worse, they want Adam and his friends to come with them for a little ride in space. In fact, the aliens insist they come. They practically drag them into their ship.

And the flying saucer takes off.

And it doesn't look like the aliens will be bringing them back home soon. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent adventure on aliens and our Earth., Mar 5 2001
By kareem (Dubai, UAE) - See all my reviews
As i said before i enjoy the Spooksville series very much. Aliens in the Sky is a particularly good one. I think Mr. Pike has more to say rather than thrill the readers. More than a typical horror thriller, it shows what humanity will be like in a couple of thousand years. He makes environmentally aware which is also the case in "Attack of the Killer Crabs". Anyhow, at the rate we are going at, i think what Christopher Pike predicted is inevitable, let alone it being a perfect horror story. I half-expected finding an alien by my bedside when i turned over in bed.

This is a good book. I got it for Christmas 1997. Belive me, I'm glad I did, you should read it for yourself. Even if your a skeptic, you'll enjoy this book. Another Spooksville book I recommened is "Night of the Vampire." Go on, read it... if you dare!

4.0 out of 5 stars This was a good book. I like how Christopher pike writes., Aug 23 1998

It normally takes me just a couple hours to read books I think are interesting but the spooksville books just take me about one hour to an hour and thirty minutes without being interupted, I reccommend this book to any of the young teens and pre-teens who like magical jorneys, aliens, witches, and many other weird things.
