I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve eyesight. The book is straightforward with complete instructions on the eye exercises. It is true that everyone can improve one's eyesight by doing eye exercise. Although the method does work, it takes time. Don't expect a quick fix. You have to be patient and persistent. I think the book has exaggerated the speed of results. I believe, for someone who has low a prescription, they can improve to see perfectly in a short period of time because I saw a big improvement in my vision for the first 3 months after I did the exercise. However, it levels off. To reduce a high presciption like me, it is slow. In my case, I was -8.75. After exerersing for a year and half, my vision has been reduced to -7. I am still doing it beliving that I will one day, many years from now, do not have to wear contacts.

By the way, don't buy the "See Clearly Method" program. It is exactly the same program described in this book but is packaged with additional video/tapes and fancy marketing for over ten times the cost of this book. Buy this book instead.

I religiously did the exercises for 2 months and I have not noticed any difference in my eyesight. I was skeptical to begin with but it's worth a shot since the book only costs 8 bucks. The book does contain some good basic medical information about the eye.

I suspect some of the miracles that happened in other reviews were written my the marketers of AVI. It's a little hard to believe this tiny group of eye doctors when overwhelming medical evidence say eye exercies wont't correct vision. But like I said, it's worth a shot.

Sorry for my bad english :)
(I wrote this originally in response to other "review" only,but then I read some review guidelines ,and they say something like "you can't talk about the review of other people,so....I dumped the quote but my response still stays)
I have talked to my physician and he wanted me to wear glass, Which I did for 1 and a half year and my sight got worse and worse. So I came back to him to ask for advice and he just gave me a thicker, heavier glass.
I think I wore it for a week and I couldn't stand the headache any more,so I just discarded it and try to see with my own eyes.
Guess what! It's been 1 year after that,and my sight even gets a little bit better!
I'm just starting to do the exercises in the book so I can't tell if they works for me or not,but I know one thing from experience............
GLASS DOES'T HELP YOUR EYESIGHT,ONLY MAKE IT WORSE!

ahem,thank you for reading my opinion.
PS. As for the book,it's easy to read,concise,and straightforward.
If you want to know about this subject,then buy this book.
however,you might be interested in more "In-depth" book like this Title "Relearning to See: Improve Your Eyesight - Naturally!
