I thought this book was very descriptive, while the hunters were killing the elephants. It teaches you alot about the life of the elephants over in Africa. I learnt alot from reading this novel. It is sad to think that those animals were almost extinct. Hunters should not be aloud to kill such beautiful animals. This novel was very well written and obviously researched.
