1.0 out of 5 stars A finger towards Microsoft., Jan 22 2004
By jason morris (miami florida) - See all my reviews
this games besides bloody roar 2 for psx, is the worse fighting game ever. the characters are the ugliest i ever saw in any fighting game in my life. let's see you have a short fat guy which resembles the Mancubus monster from doom, with a big fat belly that will make Santa Claus belly look neutral. you have a Law clone from Tekken. you have a woman(roxy) with possesed eyes, that will make Akuma( street fighter) eyes look like a joke. you have a guy that is half man half crocodile. you have a dhalsim street fighter clone. the boss looks like Devil from tekken 2. no wonder everyone is buying the PS2 for fighting games. the xbox only has a few good ones, and most of them are on ps2 anyway. if this is the kind of fighting games microsoft will continue to make, then the coming xbox2 is doomed also. right now i'm so upset with this game, i'm feeling to return it to bill gates with a picture of me showing him the finger. also if these are the characters microsoft will say are good characters for a fighting game, then Good raidance. the only decent respectable looking character is vittoria. overall 0/10.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Guide To A Fun Game, Jun 20 2003
By Wayne A. Edwards (Los Angeles, CA USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This guide is awesome. It adds a whole new dimension to this underrated game. It is actually a full-fledged and challenging game with all the added information. Every character has an expanded background history and ALL of their moves are explained and displayed in great detail. Also tips on how to play the characters and what strategy to use against the other characters. I love the book and and have more appeciation for this pretty cool game.
