I am a big fan of Mary Higgins Clark books, but this one just didn't hit the spot. It dragged in parts of the books, that made me just skip to a different chapter. If you like the element of suprise and suspence this isn't the book for you.

I was surprised to find the "occult" as well as "accepted adultery" in this Clark novel. It was not as captivating as most of her novels. It did have a surprising ending.

This is a fun thriller but certainly not intellectually stimulating. Some of the dialogue and plot twists are horribly cliched.
