As a personal trainer, I am always on the lookout for books I can recommend to clients and new exercise ideas. For my equestrian fitness clients, I look particularly for alot of core and balance work. This book is a good resource, but does not contain workouts. There is a good mix of balance, stretch and strengthening exercises, but not the most extensive. Nevertheless, the descriptions and photos are very good, with description of muscles engaged. You would still need to structure your workout yourself- exercises are not organized in progression, and you would have to determine the number of repetitions appropriate to your own workout.
