All proceeds from the sale of this book will be invested in a Chefs’ Table Scholarship and Bursary Fund to help young chefs committed to the development of regional cuisine.
John Bishop was born in Wales and worked as a chef around Great Britain. Bishop’s Restaurant is inspired by his love of fresh local produce, classic but innovative cooking, dramatic presentation of dishes, elegant modern ambience and good service.
