Product Description
"You Don't Have to Do It Alone" is a practical, yet friendly, guide to getting projects done by involving groups ranging in size from two to two million. It teaches readers how to plan for the involvement, how to manage it while it's happening, how to finish it successfully, and how to take away lessons for future opportunities. The book is written by four consultants who have headed involvement initiatives for corporations including Boeing and Coca Cola, governments like the city of New York and England's cabinet ministry, and non-profits like the annual fundraiser for the Ann Arbor Art Association.
