This book covers everyhing required to loose weight. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to find a program they can stick to. I especially liked the charts and pictures of the excercises. The excercises are laid out in a week-by-week basis, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

The recipies are great, and the descriptions of all types of workouts and machines are extensive and informative. Great book!

I was expecting more from this book. It was well-written but I would've like to have seen more of an outline or "jump-start" program. Maybe that's just my style, though.

There were wonderful recipes and good charts. Plus, there were simple workouts.
