Campground manager Laura Madison is in fear for her life from an obsessed stalker who views Laura as his "goddess". When her attempts to discover the identity of her tormentor fail, she enlists aid from martial arts expert and stalker investigator David Jennings. David has a special interest in stopping stalkers - he'd been a victim himself.

David devises a plan to apprehend the stalker which requires him to pose as Laura's boyfriend. While the plan is an excellent one, sure to draw her jealous stalker's attention away from Laura and to himself, David is attracted to the lovely Laura and what began as a job to him, becomes much more. . .

TROPICAL WARNINGS, the first in April Star's Wanderlust Mystery series is a wonderful debut. The story pulses with action, romance, and mystery that will keep readers guessing the identity of the stalker until the very last. David and Laura are flesh and blood characters who live and breathe on the page. I highly recommend this novel and look forward to the next book in this thrilling series!
