…I find the sections on applied law and writing a business plan particularly well done…The sections on personnel management and information technology are general enough to be applicable to readers varied environments. The coding and compliance section is more specific and makes a reliable primer for office coders. Physicians charged with managing a practice would find it useful to have a copy of the handbook in their top drawer. 4 Stars!
