The brilliant young filmmaker was on the way up- till sudden and violent death brought her crashing down. The papers hint that the unfortunate Carmel Wise was a porno queen. Yet, there are things even the cops don't know and Carmel's bereaved father does. That's why he hires Hardy to find his daughter's killer. He's been told Hardy can do a job and keep his mouth shut.

There are a lot of threads to this one. Suddenly, all the threads are pulled and they lead nowhere. Except to scenes a lot more raw and dangerous than steamy sex on videotape....
