I found this book very informative. The down to earth language helps to take the fear out of the unknown and better prepares you to discuss your options with your doctors. The exercises and after care are clear. The pathology explanations, what to expect from Radiation and Chemotherapy. Overall a very helpful book, sure to help those facing this illness in their lives.
