About the Author

Peter S. Beagle is author of the beloved fantasy classics The Last Unicorn, A Fine and Private Place, and The Line Between. He is the recipient of the Mythopoeic and Locus Awards, France's Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire, and the 2006 Hugo Award for "Two Hearts." Beagle's new young adult novel, I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons, will be published by Viking in May of 2007. He lives in Oakland, California.
