Product Description
Join Victoria artist Robert Amos on a fascinating insider's tour of studios on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands where some of Canada's bestknown artists do their work.
Over the past 15 years, Amos has interviewed and photographed these artists from his artist and artwriter perspective. For Where Art is Born, he has created stunning panoramic collages assembled from photographs detailing each artist's studio and methods. He combines these with a biography of each artist, insights into each one's artistic process and an example of one of their completed works.
