From Library Journal
Like the earlier Family Circle: Easy Afghans, this is a compilation of patterns originally published in the magazine Family Circle Easy Knitting. Truth be told, most of the designs are knitted, but four crocheted designs are also included. This book should have wide appeal in public libraries because the yarns featured will be readily available through local yarn stores or mail order and many of the patterns cover a wide range of sizes. There are many companion knits for the family and a good selection of men's sweaters. As with Easy Afghans, some of the designs designated for intermediate knitters might be a tad into the advanced knitter range, but all of the projects are attainable by the average knitter. Generally recommended for even the smallest public library.
