This is a great CD! I play it over and over. Amr Diab is one of my favourite Middle Eastern singers and I am still learning about who's who in Middle Eastern music. But Amr was one of my first CDs and if you're looking for a sampling of his music, this will give you a taste of his best. Also his music is wonderful to bellydance to. One of my best Middle Eastern CDs!

Amr Diab's music is a combination of catchy pop, romantic sultry ballads, and seductive rhythms. Yes, he's gorgeous and has a great voice but it's his music that makes him a stand-out artist. This CD has a number of his 'very best' including Nour el Ain; Amarain; El Alem Alla; and Tamally Maak. You don't need to understand Arabic to love this music; it's got universal appeal.

If you enjoy Arabic music or have some rhythm, you probably own this CD already. Amr Diab has a beautiful voice and a wide range of talent. The songs are just the right tempo and I can listen to the CD the whole way through without jumping for the remote (and how many CDs can you say that about?). Whether you speak Arabic or not,its easy to appricate his talent. No wonder he's so loved in Egypt.

Standout songs: kalby ekhtarak, amarain, nour el ain, el alem alla, bahibak aktar, habibi
